Supplier management
Tenders, due diligence and contract review.
AI skills training designed and delivered by Sally Higgs for members of the Corporate Travel AI Network (CTAN) community.

Sally created the curriculum, sessions, materials and supporting resources. Members brought live travel tasks to practise on, so they could apply the skills to their own work.
The techniques could be used in whichever AI platform their company approved. Company data and shadow AI were addressed from the start.
“Thank you for all the time and effort you put into the classes and creating this program. It's been a great experience, and I've really enjoyed being part of it.
I've learned a lot, picked up some practical skills that I can actually use, and left each session with new ideas to explore. I appreciate how welcoming and engaging you made the sessions, and how willing you were to answer questions along the way.”
“Amazing session. I loved it. Sally is a real gift to us as we get to grips with AI. She simplifies AI so it doesn't feel overwhelming.
She also understands our world as travel managers, so the training was tailored to my work and challenges so I could use AI to solve live problems in the training sessions!”
“Sally is extremely knowledgeable and has a great way of making you think about things you might not have considered otherwise.”
Weeks after the final session, members shared what they had continued to develop.
Tenders, due diligence and contract review.
Travel insight briefings and policy answers across the traveller journey.
Expense audit work, booking flowcharts and document routing.
Every survey respondent would recommend the programme.
Based on post-programme survey responses from members who completed the training.
“We asked Sally to create and lead an AI skills programme for the CTAN community, and she built the entire programme from the ground up. She designed the curriculum, sessions, materials and supporting resources, then continued to adapt the programme based on what participants responded to.
Sally brings together a deep understanding of corporate travel and strong AI knowledge, with an ability to teach people at very different levels of experience. The response from the cohorts was excellent, and participants continued using what they had learned to create their own AI workflows and tools after the programme had finished.
Seeing members share their experience with others across the travel community has been a strong endorsement of what Sally created.”
