Please do not send health information, political or religious views, or other sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary and has been agreed in advance.
Why the information is used
Personal information is used only when needed to reply to an enquiry, prepare a proposal, arrange and provide services, keep useful records of agreed actions, manage contracts and invoices, protect the website and email service, or meet legal obligations.
The main lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in running a responsive and secure business, and compliance with legal obligations.
Notes and AI tools
AI with Sally may use trusted technology services to support meeting notes, organisation, analysis, drafting and service delivery. These may include Google Workspace and Gmail, Notion, Granola, OpenAI services such as ChatGPT, and Anthropic services such as Claude.
When AI tools are used, the aim is to minimise personal information. The information is normally limited to what is relevant to the work, such as a person’s name, role, organisation and work process. Contact details, sensitive personal information and unrelated confidential information are not intentionally submitted to general-purpose AI tools.
AI tools assist Sally; they are not used to make decisions about people with legal or similarly significant effects.
Website cookies and analytics
AI with Sally does not currently use website analytics, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. The hosting and security provider may process basic connection information to deliver and protect the website.
If analytics or other non-essential cookies are added later, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
Who information may be shared with
Information may be handled by service providers that support the business, including providers of email, cloud documents, meeting notes, AI tools, website hosting and security, and accounting or professional advice. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
These providers receive only the information needed for their role. Some providers operate internationally, including in the United States. Where information is processed outside the UK, the applicable provider terms and recognised transfer safeguards are used where required. How long information is kept
- Enquiries that do not become client work are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Coaching, workshop and project notes are normally kept for up to 24 months after the work ends, unless they are still needed for an agreed follow-up or a legal claim.
- Contracts, invoices and accounting records may be kept for up to six years where needed for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed and may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its use, object to its use, or receive a portable copy.
